Hunts lumber is a retail warehouse property consisting of four building improvements. The improvements include an 8,988 SF retail building used for a hardware retail store. a 16,500 SF building materials warehouse, a 6,000 SF enclosed lumber storage building, and a three sided 1,875 SF lumber storage building. The improvements were constructed in phases. The retail store was initially constructed in 1953, with major remodels in 1977 and 1979. The two lumber storage buildings were constructed in 1987. The warehouse was constructed in 1996.
