Eagle Ranch Development Opportunity

Located in the core of Eagle Ranch Village. From HWY 6, head south on Sylvan Lake Rd, take a left on Capitol St and property will be directly on your right. Eagle Ranch is a master planned community on 1900 acres in Eagle, CO. Eagle is one of the primary residential communities in the Vail Valley. The area is currently seeing a resurgence in population and economic growth since the great recession. To date approximately 900 of the approved 1295 residential units have been built. There are approximately another 1500 residential units approved in addition to the units already approved in Eagle Ranch. One example would be the Haymeadow Development. The most recent addition is the 60,000 SF Castle Peak Senior Care Community; with another 60,000 SF approved for future development. Another medical use, the Eagle Healthcare Center currently at 34,000 SF is approved for a total of 175,200 SF. Lastly, the Village Market Grocery Store at 15,000 SF will add greatly to foot traffic throughout Eagle Ranch Village. All of these additions will add greatly to the already diverse demographics of the Eagle Ranch area.
