There is a shared break room and a large lobby area included in your rent. A large conference room will also be available for groups or classes that can be rented separately as needed (if you hold a lease, it is free to use).
The location is amazing and easy to get to from the I76, I70 and C470. The price includes all utilities, internet, water, and a great community! All offices have sound abatement to reduce any cross-talk traffic.
The external office is available at the full-time rate of $675/mo ($775 furnished). The second office is an internal office available either furnished or unfurnished at $575. Or, if you prefer, rent the day to use the address for telehealth so your house address isn't on file.
