I continue represent many organizations with their strategic portfolio planning and overall occupancy cost reductions. This work includes specific transactions like dispositions, leasing, buy outs, investment sales and sale-leasebacks. I hold both operational and managerial responsibilities within the firm .
Today, my primary focus is on corporate portfolio management for Fortune 1000 companies. My clients, both National and Global in scope, utilize office, industrial, retail and build-to-suit facilities. My client list represents a diverse range of industries including telecommunications, semiconductor, insurance, manufacturing, healthcare, logistics and software. Clients know they can rely on this expert market knowledge, negotiating confidence and personal attention to ensure their portfolio is well represented.
From 2001 to 2013 I served as President of North Pointe Commercial Realty. During that time it was my pleasure to assist hundreds of companies in the Dallas Fort Worth area and across the country with all their real estate needs. Using proven processes and creative out of the box solutions to complex real estate transactions I have consistently beat the market.
Since starting North Pointe Commercial Realty Services in 2001, I successfully completed several million square feet in industrial lease transactions and hundreds of thousands of square feet of office transactions.
Prior to starting North Pointe Commercial, I served in several roles at the Trammell Crow Company.
