Our grapes are hand chosen and come from California, Oregon, Washington State, Michigan, and New York. This freshly finished, New York Penthouse style 2-Bedroom, 2-Bath with Laundry Room and Entertaining Kitchen and 500sq. ft. Great Room sleeps 7 and entertains 50. This downtown treasure is perfect for wedding receptions, private parties, honeymooning and all travelers. It rents for $299 per night with a 3-night minimum stay. Guests staying during special events in Bardstown (The Kentucky Derby, Bourbon Festival, Arts and Crafts Festival, Street Concert, etc.) and pay a premium stay fee of $999 per night with a 3-night minimum stay. Guests also pay the cleaning fee.
