CBRE, Inc. has been retained by current ownership as the exclusive marketing advisor for the disposition of the Ross Medical Education Center facility located at 8100 Murphy Drive, Brighton, Michigan 48116.
Ross Medical Education Center has been a tenant since 2007 and recently extended their lease an additional five years through February, 2019. Ross originally only
occupied 5,635 square feet and in 2008 expanded into the entire building for its current occupied area of 8,973 square feet. The building is on a 0.83-acre site which is zoned OR, Office Research.
Ross is on a NNN lease in which they are responsible for reimbursing the landlord for all operating expenses including real estate taxes, property insurance and common
area maintenance (CAM), plus an administration fee of 15% on top of CAM. The lease calls for annual rental escalations of 3 percent.
