This is a fully functional and current NC licensed rescue facility. Can also be a boarding facility and/or a grooming shop. Effectively run by volunteer majority! Currently a capacity of 70 but could easily become more if needed. This facility has a great support system and a strong reputation that comes with it. The software being use is Sparkie, but that will be up to you to keep. The kennel yard set up is one very large play yard split into 3, then 7-10x20 kennels. There's a kennel building set up to house 3 litters of puppies with block walls and drains to prevent cross-contamination. This building is fully functioning with electricity and indoor/outdoor spaces with doggy doors. The property has 6 sheds and all needed kenneling supplies will stay with the facility. One shed is full of crates of all sizes. Another is for donations and deliveries and another is to store the dog food. The inside of the main building is set up for meet and greets with a large room. There are 2 additional rooms meeting code requirements. Perfect for cats or even make a grooming room of one; the other could accommodate dogs needing special attention or needing to be housed indoors. This is a built and running shelter where all you have to do is take over or expand to meet your needs!
