It is a 80 square meter place, bright office with a conference room. There are three big windows in the office and three regular windows in the conference room. You can use the conference room freely, no need to book it in advance. We have 9 office desks and a big meeting table. The desks are arranged for three to come together, so it makes three parts in the office. We also have a picnic desk for lunch or anything you like. Two big and comfortable sofas are available by the entrance of the office.
The view from the office is great, too. You can see the Hudson river by the window. Window in the meeting room can be opened, so you can always get some fresh air instead of air-conditioning air.
You will find the building exquisite with retro style when you walk in. Nice reception desk is available whenever you need. There are 4 lifts exclusively for higher level residents (another 4 lifts for lower level residents) which is very convenient, you never have to wait long for a lift.
Transportation is very convenient, there are many stations that you can get a subway.
