The practice is a boutique practice and all of our spaces are highly elevated. The building is located at 1239 North Country Road, where the Stony Brook Medical Center is located. It's an elegant - stone building, within the thick greenery, close to the Long Island Museum and with an astonishing view of the lake of Avalon Preserve Park.The suite has a restroom, 2 waiting areas, one shared bigger lounge, one private lounge and an extra space with amenities such as coffee, tea and snacks. All the offices of the suite have windows, are corner offices which contribute to soundproofing and are carpeted. Our offices are designed with the concept of feeling like home, so most of them look like a luxurious home living room. You are very welcome to request changes/ edits to your space.You will have your own key to your own furnished office.You have complete control over the ac/heat in your space since you have your own thermostat! It has its own huge parking lot and the rest of the office spaces are used by other professionals such as doctors, lawyers and therapists. You can rent by the hour/day/week/month. We are flexible in our arrangements and we will accommodate your needs. We have a sliding scale depending on the needs and the contract you want but at the same time we have significant competitive prices in contrast with the rest of the market (example 50$/day, 300$/month-negotiable). You will not have to contribute to any other bills such as electricity nor internet. Everything is included in your rent price.
