Located in Portland’s River District, The Streetcar Lofts are located on NW 12th between NW Lovejoy and NW Marshall. It was built in 2001 and contains 135 loft spaces. The building has won several national architecture awards for its “Soho Loft” design. Each unit has poured concrete floors, ceilings that are at least ten feet high, floor to ceiling windows and unique interior features.

With one of the most recognizable signs in the Pearl, the “Go By Streetcar” neon sign is situated directly above the on-site resident gym.
