We have approximately 400 square feet available for rent in the top floor of the River Street Studios. This listing is for a one-year sublease, with the option to renew. This space has its own entrance, a private office, a reception area and is connected to my office via a shared restroom and food prep area. And for the athletes who like to work out on their lunch break, the restroom is equipped with a shower. We've had three people working comfortably in this space in the past, but it could easily accommodate four. We are currently storing a desk and a conference table in the suite, which you can have if you like or ask us to move. The suite has heating and air conditioning.
