Nathan K Smith is the owner of Austin Tenant Advisors and an Austin commercial real estate agent that helps companies and business owners search for, find, & lease or purchase office space, retail space, and warehouse space in Austin Tx. Nathan graduated Cum Laude from Texas State University in 1995, earning a Bachelors of Science Degree in Therapeutic Recreation and Business. To help pay for college he served 6 years as a Medic in the Air Force Reserves. He has his Real Estate Brokers License and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Current affiliations include the Sigma Alpha Epsilon Alumni, and a board member for two non-profit organizations, the Town lake YMCA, and Right Course, Inc.
Nathan is happily married to his wife Jennifer and has one son, Ryker. He is also an avid triathlete and cyclist, and competes in many local races as well as an occasional Ironman competition.
