Located in Port Orchard. This locally owned FroYo shop and cafe is well thought out and absolutely adorable! The 2,040 square feet are used very effectively, creating a warm, cozy environment. The place is a hit with the local school sports teams thanks to the seller. The Seller purchased the yogurt shop in 2017 and decided her target for sales was going to be the local schools as she was actively already involved, so she made herself that promise and it is now reaping those benefits. As anyone knows trends don’t happen overnight, so now that she has them coming in the door, it would be a great opportunity for someone to build on that and keep the momentum going. When I was there a couple of weeks ago, the night prior she was at capacity (over 100 people) and it was a cycle of three teams. The energy is high and fun. There are 6 dual yogurt machines beautifully built into the walls with double flavors, an eye catching toppings bar and little additions like huge pretzels. Everything she has been trying has been a hit. The yogurt machines alone are worth the asking price. You cannot do a beautiful build-out like this for a fraction of the asking price. She would love to continue, but circumstances are not in the cards at this time. She is extremely confident in what they have developed and would love to stay on as long as needed for a smooth transition.
