I have a large office space with four (4) offices and I am only occupying a couple of offices. The office consists of Mental Health Counselors.
The office space comes fully furnished and with partial water views, a waiting area. It is a brand new buildout! There is a kitchenette in the space with a full sized refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee, water. All the utilities, janitorial, and internet costs are included in the rent.
Rent is $175/per day of that day of the week, per month.
Example: All four (4) Mondays is $175 for the month.
Example: Monday's & Tuesday's (8) days total would be $350 for the month.The office is open seven (7) days a week and can be accessed with a keycard at all hours.
I'm looking for at least a 6-12 month commitment as this office has a long-term lease on it. There is parking offered by the building for a monthly, hourly, or weekly rate. There is also 1-hour free parking for patients across the street and 4 hour paid parking on street in front of the building for patients.
