Single treatment room/office available inside physical therapy clinic. The clinic is within walking distance of the Northgate Link Station making for easy access for patients or commuting. The clinic has a small lobby for patients to wait in, and a kitchenette including microwave, fridge, and a coffee maker. A single bathroom is located down the hall from the clinic roughly 300-400 feet away. The clinic has recently been renovated with new carpet, and paint.

Currently we have two spare treatment rooms and are looking to rent out only one of the rooms. We are looking to rent to another medical practitioner (massage, PT, OT, SPT, acupuncture, counseling, etc). We have one room available that is 120 ft2 for $850 or a smaller room that is 92 ft2 for $700. Both rooms have locks for privacy and security. Options for renting include: unlimited access (7 days a week) or single/multi day use per week (1-3 days a week). Pricing listed is for the monthly rate for unlimited access. We are flexible on the duration of the lease, but we are looking for at least a 6+ month lease duration.
