My business has purchased a building in Trussville and I no longer require the space available in the Hoover location (approx. 1900 square feet) which will soon become a satellite office. I am flexible on arrangement but will need to retain one of two interior “assistant” offices and one of the work stations. I will also use the conference room on a regular basis. *

Rates will range from $600-900.00 p/month depending on configuration. Multiple offices can be rented and we require a twelve-month lease. Shorter terms/rates can be negotiated.
NOTE: Please be aware that we are a financial planning firm and maintain a professional office setting. The same will be expected of any/all tenants.
