I just finished renovation and now have multiple Suites available in Mobile Alabama. Some suites have water in room, all utilities and internet are included. Rooms range in size from 90sf to 140sf and range in price from 500-650 a month.

The building has multiple communal bathrooms and two on the suites have private bathrooms. We have a spacious Off-street parking lot.

At the moment we are offering ”November Fee” so you can move in early and start to get established for December. We still need a signed lease, security deposit and first months rent, but you can get keys early and payments would start in December.
