1202 studios is a modern office building on the south side of Broadway Blvd. between Euclid Ave and Campbell Ave. The space that is available is the ground floor (1,000 sf) of suite #104. The upstairs loft within suite #104 is currently occupied by Lanning Architecture (a small residential architecture firm with three employees on site). The conference room, restroom, and kitchenette on the first floor are shared spaces with Lanning Architecture.
