1920 Broadway sits in Uptown Oakland, a 3-minute walk from 19th Street BART and close to the Uptown Transit Center, so getting here from San Francisco, Berkeley or anywhere in the East Bay is easy. Monthly and daily parking is right next door at the 1901 Franklin Parking Garage. The neighborhood is one of Oakland's liveliest. The Paramount Theatre and Fox Theater are steps away, and Uptown's restaurants, cafes and bars fill the surrounding blocks. Lake Merritt and Snow Park are a short walk for a lunchtime loop, Whole Foods is nearby, and Frank H. Ogawa Plaza and Oakland City Hall are a few minutes down Broadway.
