I have a lockable private office available in a shared suite. The room is about 10 by 13 feet with high vaulted ceilings and large windows. The shared suite includes a waiting area and a small kitchenette. You would be sharing the space with established massage therapy practices.

The office might work great for a massage therapist, reiki master, acupuncturist, chiropractor or anyone looking for a cozy quiet shared space.

The cost is $435 a month for a 12 month sublet and $400 for a refundable deposit. Licensed professionals must provide proof of current license and liability insurance.

There is an option of having the room furnished as a massage/treatment room.

Full time rent:

Furnished -$485 per month

Unfurnished-$435 per month

Part time in furnished room:

1 day a week- $125 per month

2 days a week - $240 per month

3 days a week -$345 per month
