City Arts Factory - 29 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32801

Millenia Partners is proud to present a beautiful historic building in the heart of Downtown Orlando located at the corner of S Orange Ave and Pine St. This historic building was the original Dr. Philips Center of Performing Arts and has been home to several Downtown Orlando staple tenants over the last 100+ years. In 2005, it was fully updated with all new systems and converted to an art gallery and performance space.

While Orlando is widely recognized as a tourist destination, it is also headquarters for many national and international companies and home to multiple colleges and universities, including the brand new downtown campus of University of Central Florida (UCF) and Valencia Community College. The City of Orlando consistently ranks as one of the best places in the nation to launch and operate a business. The Downtown area has seen a major revitalization with the addition of multiple residential condos and multi-family towers and now has a population in excess of 43,000 people. The recent addition of the Amway Arena and the new Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center continues to attract visitors from all across the country.
