Background checks on all staff of Tenant working on Leased Premises.
Each individual with authorized access will be given a unique security code for alarm system. Notice of employee termination must be given immediately to Landlord so the security code can be cancelled. Certification shall also be issued to Landlord that the keys to the Building and Office Suite have been returned and secured.
If internal door locks are changed (at expense of Tenant) a copy of each key shall be given to Landlord for emergency personnel access. One key per rented office shall be given to Tenant for the door to 301 Office Suite and Front Door of Building. Any lost keys will be charged at the rate of $75 per key.
Will assign one designated parking spot per office rented on the south side of the building.
Signage in Building Directory on 1st and 3rd floor provided by Landlord. Any changes to names will be at Tenant’s cost. No signage on door. Internal signage to be discussed.
No smoking in the offices or anywhere in the Building.
