On 2nd Avenue in downtown Silver Spring, right off of Spring Street, is a commercial house that’s been renovated into an office building. With a welcoming, Zen, home-like atmosphere (wood-burning fireplace in the lobby), you won’t feel like you’re going to work in just another drab office environment.
Right now, we have only one open office that’s a good fit for 1-2 people. Our building is rather quiet and ideal for a law firm, accounting firm, consulting firm, government contractor, or other similar business. It is partially furnished with two desks, chairs, drawers, and a filing cabinet.
The monthly rent is $1,350, which is all-inclusive (utilities, high-speed gigabit Wi-Fi, 24/7 security system, weekly cleaning service, snow removal, grounds upkeep etc.). Parking is $120 per month for one space. It is available now.
Other features include newly renovated offices with fresh paint, luxury vinyl plank flooring, an upgraded HVAC system and new water heater, a modern eat-in kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a professionally designed conference room. People tell us that there’s nothing like it in DTSS. It’s very well kept and cared for with highly responsive on-site property management.
Our location is definitely one of the best features. It’s literally half a block away from the MoCo Swim & Rec Center. It’s also three blocks from the Silver Spring Metro and one from the MoCo District Court. Not to mention amazing food and coffee spots all around. Just park your car at the office (you don’t have to worry about a parking garage or street parking if you work here) and walk right over to your destination. Everything is super close by!
