I lease a ~500 sq. ft. space on the lower level of this office building. I am a physical therapist and health coach and as of late, have been seeing most of my clients virtually. Therefore, I am looking to sublet my space to another professional in the health and wellness field up to 4 days/week. I am specifically looking for another physical therapist, occupational therapist, speech-language pathologist, massage therapist, chiropractor, acupuncturist, mental health therapist or certified personal trainer.
The space includes a large treatment table, treadmill, stationary bike, desk & chair, stool, mirror, balance bar, waiting area and additional fitness and therapy equipment.
