INTRODUCTION AND LOCATION
The former Union Square Savings Bank building was acquired by Daryl Roth in 1996 and has undergone renovation and additions in order to create three exceptional theatrical venues as well as four floors of office spaces.
Conveniently located on the east side of Union Square at 15th Street, the offices are easily accessible by the subway. Simply take the N, R, 4, 5, 6, or L subway line to the “14th Street Union Square” stop. The theatre is also situated on the M1, M2, M3, M6, M7, M9, M14 bus routes and within blocks of the M5, M101, M102, and M103 routes.
2ND FLOOR SHARED OFFICE SPACE
There are two cubicles and a private office space available for rent on the 2nd floor of the Daryl Roth Theatre.
Cubicle -- $500 per cube per month
Private Office -- $1,700 per month
This includes utilities, a shared conference room, and one telephone line.

Rodger Hess Productions, Inc – founded in 1973, Rodger Hess Productions, Inc. produces Broadway and Off-Broadway and touring shows. Broadway: Enron, House of Blue Leaves, Macbeth, 1776, Annie 20th Anniversary Production, among others.
Abingdon Theatre Company – Abingdon Theatre Company is dedicated to developing and producing brave, new American work by emerging and established artists.
Off Broadway League – The Off-Broadway League was founded in 1959 to foster theatrical productions produced in Off-Broadway theatres, to assist in the voluntary exchange of information among its members, and to serve as the collective voice of its membership in pursuit of these goals.
