We are a shared workspace located in the heart of Soho, NYC. The brand new office building, equipped with floor to ceiling windows, was designed to maximize natural light and provides the perfect atmosphere to promote productivity and inspiration. Our shared workspace is equipped with high speed internet, unlimited printing, daily mail and package delivery, cleaning services upon request as well as conference rooms and common areas on each of our six floors. Our building is accessible 24 hours and sports an amazing view of lower Manhattan from our 7th floor penthouse/rooftop. Built with our tenants' needs in mind, the modular design allows us to remove adjacent walls to accommodate teams of all sizes and to grow or shrink to match needs. Not to mention the diverse array of tenants allows for flourishing inter-office business.
