The brand new office building, equipped with floor to ceiling windows, was designed to maximize natural light and provides the perfect atmosphere to promote productivity and inspiration. Our shared workspace is equipped with high speed internet, unlimited printing, daily mail and package delivery, cleaning services upon request as well as conference rooms and common areas on each of our six floors. Our building is accessible 24 hours and sports an amazing view of lower Manhattan from our 7th floor penthouse/rooftop. Built with our tenants' needs in mind, the modular design allows us to remove adjacent walls to accommodate teams of all sizes and to grow or shrink to match needs. Restrooms are equipped with hands free soap and sinks. Disinfecting wipes stations are placed throughout high traffic areas. HVAC and Air Quality is regulated and routinely maintained to ensure the delivery of fresh clean air into all of our spaces. All filters are changed on a monthly basis.
