Overview:99 Hudson is a 17-story NYC Landmark office building located at the corner of Hudson and Franklin streets in Tribeca. The building was originally constructed in 1920 for industrial use. In 1983 Olshan Properties acquired and converted the building into office and retail condominiums. Olshan Properties subsequently renovated the building’s lobby, façade, elevators, mechanical and electric systems, and sidewalks, while converting several floors of the building to expansive open plan loft office suites. About the Trade Area: Tribeca is one of Manhattan’s prime retail districts renowned for its cobblestoned streets, world-famous restaurants, and historic buildings. It is also one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the country. The 1/2/3 and the A/C/E subway lines connect the neighborhood with greater Manhattan and the surrounding boroughs. Vehicular access is also convenient, with the entrance to the Holland Tunnel in the northwest corner of Tribeca, as well as easy access to the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Williamsburg Bridges to the East.
