Located in Whitewater Township, the property is unzoned and allows for a multitude of adaptive uses. Located on a corner lot (SR 128 & Mill St), there is a large parking lot for faculty parking and pick-up, drop-off.

The school campus has excellent visibility from SR 128 and convenient highway access to I-74/I-275 and is less than a 20 minute drive to Downtown Cincinnati. The building was originally constructed in 1953 with additions in 1992 and 2000.
