Each private office suite is individually rented, and ranges from 121 to 187 sq. ft. All offices have windows. The building is about 3000 ft.² with 10 offices that are adjacent to the waiting room. Tenants share the waiting room and other common areas. There’s usually not more than two or three people working on any given day. We vet tenants for comparability, so everyone is quiet and friendly, but tend to stay in their office.
The common areas are all fully furnished, decorated and maintained by the building manager. You’ll have access to approximately 1,200 sq ft of common area, which includes a kitchen and break room, two bathrooms, and two waiting areas. All offices are all-bills-paid, including parking, water, gas, electric, central heat/air, and include free fiber optic internet over WiFi (which is fast, stable, and includes a battery backup).
We are very mindful of the privacy and security of the tenants and their clients and patients. The building remains electronically locked at all times, even the front door. You can meet your clients and patients at the door or you can share a PIN number that lets your clients independently enter through building and waiting areas. The building is under 24 hour video surveillance, has a monitored alarm system, and a building manager is typically on site during business hours.
