Located on both floors of 2900 Clearwater Drive, Work-Collective offers 11,000 square feet designed entirely for coworking. You’ll find bright, open work areas with floor-to-ceiling windows, thoughtfully designed private offices, inspiring conference rooms, and a cozy community café. In total, our space includes 29 private offices, 12 dedicated desks, and 25+ flexible workspaces to suit every style of work. Other Building Amenities Include: • Walking distance to dining and shopping in NorthWest Crossing including a public market hall called The Grove, Stretchlab, and Starcycle and Sparrow Bakery. • Nearby outdoor activities in Discovery Park including a dog park. • Biking and hiking trails right outside the front door with Phil’s Trail just around the corner.
