The historic 1904 and restored Bank Building has private offices, private cubicles, and open workspaces. The offices and cubicles are fully finished with motorized sit-stand desks, ergonomic office chairs with armrests, and lockable file cabinets. Additionally, there’s a conference room with white and magnetic wallboard and large television screen. There also are two Zoom rooms with fold-down desk and seat, see-through glass doors, Ethernet, and wall power outlets.
Amenities include fast Internet via Ethernet (600+ Mbps) and Wi-Fi, and FREE printing, scanning, mailbox services, and beverages (coffee, tea, hot chocolate, hot water, and chilled water). There is a kitchen with microwave, toaster oven, refrigerator-freezer, and sink. The secure, video-monitored facility (interior and exterior) is very professional and air conditioned. Certified service animals are welcome.
Members have 24/7 access, and spaces are available to rent by the month; no long-term contract is required. There are also 4- and 8-hour passes.
