Lakewood Shopping Center

The Lakewood Shopping Center (LSC) at Crater Lake Highway (OR-62) and Lake of the Woods Highway (HWY 140) is a seven-unit partially developed shopping center in the heart of the unincorporated town of White City, north of Medford, OR, along the primary commercial service route to Klamath Falls, Crater Lake, and the greater Bend area from Southern Oregon. The center features a great mix of local and national high-traffic tenants such as Starbucks, Dollar Tree, H&R Block, and Umi Sushi. Currently, several pad sites are being offered for sale, including one large box retailer and/or two smaller professional or retail buildings. LSC has completed several capital improvement projects over the past few years, including parking lot, lighting, and signage upgrades to benefit all tenants. Despite excellent visability, as the pad sites are sold and developed, tenants can expect greater traffic and growth long-term.
