Building is located in beautiful Historic Downtown Sumter, across from Central Carolina Technical College's Health Sciences Building, which sees approximately 500-600 students every week day. This historic building was constructed in 1900 and recently restored/renovated in 2016 as a restaurant downstairs and barista upstairs. Downstairs consist of dinning area, bar, walk in wine cellar and a full commercial kitchen. The second floor has a spacious open area and cozy lounge room with bar and barista.
