William King Spring House

The William King Spring House is located in Abingdon's downtown commercial historic district. The Spring House is walking distance to the county courthouse and the areas most popular restaurants and shops.

This quaint historic building houses one of our favorite coffee shops that serves pastries, breakfast, and lunch.

Originally built in 1803 as a springhouse, the building was expanded in the late 1890s - 1900 to accommodate retail and office space. There are two floors. The first floor is occupied by Wolf Hills Coffee and The Book Cellar, a used bookstore.

The second floor has a separate street entrance for the office tenants. A fully functioning kitchenette was recently installed for tenants use.

Offices are leased as gross leases. Rent includes all utilities, internet, building taxes, building insurance, and CAM. Lease terms are 12 months.
