The available parcels have been approved to be developed in accordance with the Union Hill Corporate Campus Development Agreement. The approval is for 20 years with development of the entire property being completed over that 20 year period. As part of the agreement the entire property has been approved for 1,285,766 square feet of corporate campus development which could include corporate or regional headquarters, a business park, or other office uses with certain conditions and approvals. Approximately 23.6 acres of the property is already developed with a 212,000 square foot building which houses Fed Ex’s Redmond shipping and distribution facility.
