Fix Madore

The building is a mixed-use building with retail on the ground floor and both residential and office space within the building. I own one unit in the building which has been divided into 3 individual offices that share a kitchen, entryway, 2 bathrooms and a deck that overlooks Puget Sound. There is a waiting area in the lobby of the floor which is typically only used by my unit as waiting space.
