This PAD site is located on Tucson’s East Broadway corridor, between Park Place Mall and The Home Depot, Kohl’s, Sprouts Center at Pantano. Broadway Blvd is the main east/west corridor between downtown Tucson and the University of Arizona to the west and the major eastside residential neighborhoods. The PAD is nearly, completely improved and is located adjacent to Culvers in front of Tucson Hilton East and can be used for Retail or office. Development Plans have been completed. Site is ready for building plans submittal. PAD is fully improved.
