The terms are month to month, but this is not a short-term space. Most of our tenants stay a year or longer, and longer fixed terms are available on request.
The building is about 7,000 sq.ft. of office and creative space, home to people working in engineering, CNC machining, metal work, 3D printing, mold making, electronics and rapid prototyping, alongside software and design in the offices. It is a quiet, serious place to get work done.
Please note: this is a secured building with no reception desk or client lobby, so the offices are not a fit for businesses with clients or customers coming in on a regular basis. An occasional scheduled meeting is fine. It works best for remote employees, engineers and developers, e-commerce sellers, bookkeepers, sales reps, recruiters, video editors, designers, and consultants who meet clients elsewhere.
