The Corporate Woods is a 340-acre mixed-use project consisting of offices, office research, high tech, flex, light industrial, and distribution space, as well as a hotel, bank and Lifetime fitness center. The project began in 1987 and is now approximately 90% developed. To date, over 60 buildings have been completed within the park totaling more than 3 million square feet. This project is around 25% office and 75% light industrial/distribution. Major tenants within The Corporate Woods include Mitsubishi, ZF of North America, Fuji USA, Oil-Dri, Richard Wolf Medical Instruments Corporation, Sysmex America, Inc., Scotsman Industries, Inc., Ali Group, Hydraforce, Inc., and Kanaflex.
