Office Space at 20 N 4th St in Minneapolis

The Brill Building at 327 1st Avenue North and 20 4th Street North in Minneapolis is full of character. Originally called “The Stearn Building,” it is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and features brick, stone, and terra cotta retail and office space designed in the Neo-Classical Style. The facades are divided into bays by alternating stone and brick pilasters with Ionic capitals. A pediment is placed above the entrance on 1st Avenue North and a projecting cornice completes the building.
