Timberview Plaza is on the west side of Old Fannin Road at the intersection with Vernon Jones Road, in Rankin County, MS. Old Fannin Road, where the property is located, is a four lane road that serves as a connecting route between Spillway Road to north and Lakeland Drive/Hwy 25 to the south.
