The Fort campus is located approximately two miles south of downtown Columbus along High Street, with convenient access just north of Route 104. Located on the north side of the campus, 2000 S High is a 142,000 SF complex offering available space and opportunities for large second-floor floorplates. The property sits on the east side of High Street and features ample parking on a large adjacent lot accessible through the tunnel at 1981 S High. Available spaces overlook a central courtyard surrounded by the historic early 1900s core buildings of the complex. The first floor is fully leased to a diverse group of makers and creative businesses, including The Kiln Room, Ghost River Furniture, and Tenet Construction. Flexible opportunities for makers, creative users, and larger custom buildouts make the property well suited for growing businesses. The space features hardwood floors, high ceilings, and abundant natural light, creating a distinctive and highly functional work environment.
