We are a very quiet, two-person engineering firm and we own these office four (4) suites. There are a total of five (5) offices, but we use one as a common office for the convenience of other four. In addition to our office, two (2) of the remaining three office are leased and we have one (1) office available. We seek one firm to lease last the office for $750 per month, 1st month, last month, plus $750 security deposit required ($2,250 to move in). Lease period is negotiable.

Your private office would be #3 on the diagram below. The common (shared) reception office is room #2.

We also have a lobby and conference room that we share.

Your suite-mates would be our engineering team, a massage therapist and a health services provider.
