The William King Spring House is located in Abingdon's downtown commercial historic district. The Spring House is walking distance to the county courthouse and the areas most popular restaurants and shops. This quaint historic building houses one of our favorite coffee shops that serves pastries, breakfast, and lunch. Originally built in 1803 as a springhouse, the building was expanded in the late 1890s - 1900 to accommodate retail and office space. There are two floors. The first floor is occupied by Wolf Hills Coffee and The Book Cellar, a used bookstore. The second floor has a separate street entrance for the office tenants. A fully functioning kitchenette was recently installed for tenants use. Offices are leased as gross leases. Rent includes all utilities, internet, building taxes, building insurance, and CAM. Lease terms are 12 months. Individual office sizes vary from 200 sq ft to 460 sq ft. Please contact us to find out space availability and to schedule a showing.

1 Space, 1 - 6 ^ppl

(800^SF)

From $900/MO

$900 a month in a GREAT location with 3 seperate offices in an upstairs seperate private space. This is an excellent Office Space option in Abingdon VA. All 3 offices combined in a loft style/upstairs arrangement gives you plenty of room to grow your business or fill the space to help ease overflow of your current office. This office has roughly 800 sq ft, its own seperate entrance which includes several parking spaces with a pass through driveway parking lot. This building fronts Main street and Colonial Road. This property also sits in one of the busiest sections of exit 14 with a high traffic count daily. If you were looking for visiability right off main street, this property has it. There is a marquis along Main street as well that has space for this office to be added. The office has 1 bathroom and plenty of storage in each office as well as two additional attic storage spaces. This would make a perfect accounting office, Counselors office, small law office or a personal office that could be used as overflow from another location.
